With this particular design, it was crucial the capture the essence of the album's story. The artist explained that "Chasing Fire" is the journey of finding a special someone that's in the mist of a convoluted predicament. The undertone of the theme lies upon chasing someone and getting emotionally hurt at the same time. Having played around with different results, it was evident that the vibrant colors of the fierce heat would best compliment the grungy and industrial quality of the background. Not to mention the typography situated in the center, is fused together with a combination of Jill Greenburg amazing photography with the gold outlines of the text to connote royalty and nobility.
Jimmy King released his debut mixtape, Chasing Fire that features 10 tracks and original music. On the day the mixtape was released Jimmy received praise from Waka Flocka Flame via Twitter.

A conceptual manner to a skateboard graphic that was I intend to design in the future. Subtle nuances to color schemes take on a playful manner in relation to the gestalt of the overall composition.

Dead Combination is a collaborative mix-tape album between Sunny Malton & Jimmy King. The opportunity to create a completely virtual render for this project was best time to explore the cohesion between CAD and graphics editing. The artist this time around explained that the design should have a realistic yet whimsical atheistic in the final composition.

The initial design derived from the idea of the atomic bomb that is captured in a moment of destruction, and among impact, the explosion would emerge as the shape of the IV League logo. This design would proof to be an eye catching yet fantastic marketing strategy for the album itself. Several filters were used in the process to create a 70's washed out look to the overall composition, with the help of a scratched lens in the foreground to accentuate the destructive and chaotic environment. The cover of the album is the means to further imply the power of the two artist collaborating, hence the title "deadly Combination". For the cover, it was important to relate to the destruction of the atomic bomb. A bio-hazard logo then became the main story for the album with the effect of super-imposing the two artist's figure into the logo.
